That's not saying so much. Urahara merely fired a blast that equalled the level of Yammy's cero, as he said.. "Would you like to see it again?" Doesn't necessarily mean that was his strongest. Plus, what made Yammy's blast so scary was the point-blank range of it. Ulquiorra took a shot that was diminished slightly.
But still, blocking it with his mere hand without so much as flinching does show some serious power. I think Urahara and Ulquiorra would be a pretty interesting match up. They both seem to have a bit of respect for eachother. Yammy, on the other hand, is a joke in Urahara's eyes.
We'll have to wait and see. Ulquiorra has yet to truly show his power. His release for is still a mystery to us. But, then again, imagine what three, two, and one are like... or Aizen himself.
Honestly, at the rate things are going, Soul Society is fawked.
