Division: Fukutaichou of the Third Division
Personality: Izuru Kira is a very caring shinigami, he deeply cares for his friends, just about as much as he cares for his duties. His feelings of obligation to his duty and his friends may often clash causing Izuru distress. He is part of a Noble family but doesn't come off as harshly as Byakuya. He is often found shaking hands of everyone in a polite, gentle manner with his left hand.
Physical Appearance : Kira is a tall but not extremely tall man, he has blonde hair. Its style is unique as Kira keeps it over his left eye as well as having it split in the back to look like horns. He has blue eyes which may sometimes come equiped with bags under them. His skin is pale but not extremely pale meaning he has a fair complexion. At first glance he looks like a depressed young man, however he is just a unstable nervous wreck. He is slowly overcoming this though.
History/ Biography : Kira was born into one of the lesser noble families. His parents died when he was young and he eventually joined the Shinigami Academy, his goal to make his parents proud. Once there he befriended Hinamori Momo, and Abarai Renji, the three were put under upperclassmen Hisagi Shuuhei. Renji and Kira often trained together with Momo. He was placed into the fifth division under Aizen, before transfering to the third with Gin Ichimaru. After the faked death of Aizen, Izuru found himself head of Division Three until a replacement Taichou would be assigned.
Zanpakutoh: Kira's Zanpakuto is Wabisuke in it's unreleased state appears to be an ordinary katana. When released by it's activation command "Raise Your Head" Wabisuke bends into a square hook and becomes black. As for it's ability, whatever it strikes or touches it doubles the weight of said object or person. This works on both living and non living things.

::As Momo reared in with Tobiume drawn, she was about to strike Ichimaru-Taichou, when the sound of blades clashing was heard. Kira stood calmly infront of his taichou with his own zanpakuto weighing down upon Momo's. "Know your place Momo." he stated as she yelled for him to step aside. It was evident that he was overpowering her, for she would soon jump back and release Tobiume's shikai. "You leave me no choice." he exclaimed, as he sprung into the air. "Raise your Head." he called out as what appeared to be his spiritual pressure in he form of blue lighntning spiraled around his sword and seemed to be forcing the blade to bend into a square hook. Wabisuke was now in it's true form. He was about to strike Momo's sword coming down from his jump, when another clashed with his own. He drew back landing beside his taichou as he and Gin looked to see the form of Hitsugaya.::
